- Contributing to continuous improvement.

- Training and team building of Documentation staff.
- Solving of operational discrepancies.
- Proper Updating and database management on operational front. Updating of IAL, EAL,Damage reports.
- Adherence to policies and procedures of the department.
- Ensuring Custom formalities and custodianship is maintained.
- Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
- Berthing and Un-berthing Timelines set up are achieved.
- Facilitating Duty Superintendent.
