Job Description :
1. Understanding of Telecom Operations related processes
2. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
3. Understanding of Digital transformation automation life cycle
4. Program Governance of automation project on day-to-day basis - tracking agreed deliverables milestones
5. Comprehend process improvements via automation capture related efficiency gains
6. Ensure quality checks on various stages of automation journey
7. Stakeholder Alignment Coordination
8. External Automation Partner Governance
9. Resolving day to day issues , disputes highlighting to management teams for solution
10. Identifying bottlenecks mitigation planning
11. Coordinating with support teams for SCM , Finance , HR , IT related activities
12. Ensure Resource Skillset Availability for the project across all stakeholders
13. Communication , daily program dashboard , management dashboards , MIS etc
14. Daily , Weekly , Monthly Cadence , Workshops
15. Ensure documentation from implementation team as per SOW
16. Ensure Implementation team does proper H/O sign-off with relevant stakeholders
17. Ensure adherence on Compliance registerrisk mitigation actions.
18. Platform Onboarding by delivery teams timely adaption on field
Broad outline of the Role :
- Interact with customers for clearance around specific customer dependencies raised by team where required
- Review critical project milestones Drive projects across functional teams
- Conduct reviews with teams on regular basis to track progress on improvement initiatives
- Has budget responsibility
- Leads a team through expertise in most or all areas within Program Management
- Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new processes standards or operational plans based upon business strategy with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results
- May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes
- Provides a second level management to a group of one or more teams led by a supervisor team leader which in turn could comprise a combination of professional technical administrative staff
- Identifies problems and significantly improves changes or adapts existing methods and techniques
- Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development
- Impact of decisions made is mid term in nature Able to identify problems and significantly improve change or adapt existing methods and techniques Education
