We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires hands-on marketing experience, strong client relationship management, and a strategic approach to project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining long-term relationships.
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic marketing guidance to align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, analytics) to develop and execute campaigns.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee campaign implementation and quality control, addressing challenges proactively.
- Leverage marketing expertise to advise on campaign strategies, content direction, and channel selection.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to enhance strategic planning.
- Manage client budgets and financial tracking, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
- Support business development efforts, participating in pitches and client presentations.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing roles, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong foundation in marketing strategies, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Basecamp) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, social media insights).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and balance client expectations with execution capabilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding, marketing channels, and emerging trends.
