Purpose:
The purpose of the job is to build brand through development and execution of advertising campaigns in media, help client in launching new products and services with specific responsibility for long term media planning and short-term media campaign execution and continuous innovation.
Job Description:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising industry in the Brand management/communication role having an integrated profile
- Understanding of the marketing/creative brief and aligning work accordingly
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Proven experience in driving business results including brand plan development, qualitative and quantitative research, go to market for new product and service launch
- Understand the client's business and add value to it by suggesting the required communication
- Moderate presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal and should be able to manage the day-to-day operations
- Keeping record of all the jobs and managing finances
- Development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing clients
- Work in conjunction with all the teams (Creative, planning, finance) to analyse brand communication, drive value adding insight that forms the foundation of the strategic decisions
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus for building awareness and consideration for the brand
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Willing to do new mistakes every day and not repeating the same
