The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of high-value revenue projects by collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

This role ensures timely execution, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction while adhering to project management methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final delivery.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project execution with client expectations.

- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and project success.

- Develop, track, and implement project plans within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Ensure all project documentation is maintained per NI Project Management standards.

- Drive issue-free project deliveries, ensuring high-quality solutions and optimal customer experience.

- Facilitate cost approvals efficiently by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, handling escalations as necessary.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying solutions to their needs.

- Provide project management support for internal business initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to data security and compliance with Visa, MasterCard mandates, and NI policy standards.

- Manage change and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring continuous skill development and performance enhancement.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 7-8 years of experience in the Cards & Payments industry.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).

- Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project & JIRA.

- Strong risk management and compliance awareness.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- High level of independent judgment, with the ability to handle confidential data.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
