Role & responsibilities

• Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies and plans tailored to the zone's market dynamics.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure the zone meets or exceeds sales goals and revenue objectives.
• Market Penetration: Identify and explore new opportunities within the zone to expand the company's market share.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales managers and executives.
• Performance Monitoring: Set performance benchmarks and regularly review individual and team performance.
• Motivation and Engagement: Inspire the team to achieve sales excellence through coaching, recognition, and support.
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with major clients to secure long-term business.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and act on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences in the zone.
• Product Positioning: Work with the marketing team to ensure effective positioning of products and services.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and diversification in the zone.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports to senior management.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources, including budgets, manpower, and tools, to achieve targets.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all zone operations.
• Coordination with Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
