As an HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
HR Admin Officer Responsibilities:
Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the HRIS system
Should have knowledge in computers. Knowledge and hands on experience working on Ms- Office, Power point and Excel.
Can post hiring requirement in social media. Should have good hand writing skill and should be presentable, Hardworking and sincere.
He should know about offline /online/ GEM portal and should have knowledge of ESI, PF, payroll and Bonus calculations.
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
