The position of Hotels Corporate Head Engineering oversees overall engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties of Dolphin Hotels, Ramoji Film City, ensuring efficient functioning of all building systems, managing capital projects, optimizing energy usage, and setting standards for preventative maintenance while adhering to safety regulations and budget constraints, essentially acting as the strategic leader for the company's engineering teams across all locations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in hotel engineering management role, preferably at a corporate level
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Expertise in project management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments within the hotel organization
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management strategies
