Bakery Supervisor

Specifications:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in large-scale bakery production, with expertise in bread, cookies, muffins/cupcakes, and related confectionery products.
• Proven experience and knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for the mentioned products.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and process control.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial bakery equipment, including planetary mixers, spiral dough mixers, deck ovens, and rack ovens.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and implement improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with automated production lines and process automation.
• Knowledge of ingredient functionality to optimize product texture, structure, and shelf life.
• Familiarity with production scheduling, capacity planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Rotational shifts based on production requirements
