Job Description
- Co-ordinate with existing customers for follow up on QRF, proposals, issued contracts etc. in a timely manner.
- Collating data from CRM tool NGPS for projects due for renewal.
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction
- Assists the RC Sales/SMEs team, focusing mostly on preparing quotes and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
- You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

- Collaborate with TR
