We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Hunter to spearhead revenue growth across India. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationships with banks, financial institutions , NBFC's, insurance companies, merchants, SMEs, and enterprise customers. They must possess deep expertise in the payment's ecosystem, with a focus on loyalty and gift card solutions as a plus. A proven ability to manage pipelines and consistently exceed sales quotas is essential.
ROLE PURPOSE
This role is responsible for driving long-term client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer value. By leveraging deep product knowledge, sales expertise, and problem-solving skills, the role will help clients maximize the impact of the gift card offerings, while contributing to the company's revenue growth, market expansion, and overall business success.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH
Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within banks, insurance companies, merchants, SMEs, and enterprise customers.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline to support consistent deal flow and sustained revenue growth.
Pipeline Management:
- Effectively manage and maintain visibility across all pipeline stages using CRM tools. Forecast accurately and ensure pipeline health aligns with business goals.
Quota Achievement and Exceedance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to outperform targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Customer Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across target sectors. Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to effectively address their specific needs.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Create compelling sales pitches, customized proposals, and ROI-driven presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct impactful meetings to highlight solution value and drive deal closures.
Deal Structuring and Negotiation:
- Design and negotiate complex deal structures to maximize mutual value for customers and the company.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal drafting, contract negotiation.
Market Expertise:
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in payments and loyalty solutions.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies to create new opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to deliver superior customer solutions.
WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE
Experience & Portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-9 years of proven sales experience in payments, fintech, or loyalty solutions, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Skills & Efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to surpass revenue and sales targets consistently.
- Strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, merchants, and enterprise customers in Southeast Asia.
- Expertise in pipeline management and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and the creation of impactful sales presentations.
- Excellent negotiation, deal structuring, and strategic selling skills.
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong hunter profile.
Preferrable Skills
- Familiarity with loyalty programs, gift cards, and stored value solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Deep understanding of cultural and business nuances across Southeast Asia
