work culture, job satisfaction and promotion and everything is so terrible. Management is worst, they torture employees like 24/7 in a week.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Managers can do whatever they want. There are no employee surveys. No alignment of goals in top management. There are 10 CXOs and 15 Group CXOs and everyone has conflicting KRAs. The Promoter works from USA and has no idea what's going on in Delhi. The CEO doesn't know the numbers himself.
