Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring People.
• Understanding JD Requirements & Planning for Sourcing through portals,

alternate Channels, social media & other Modes of Recruitment.

• Meet all recruitment timelines as assigned within the process.
• Plan, develop and drive sourcing/ recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Functional Manager.
• Deliver on process within the defined TAT consistently.
• Create and maintain assignment track sheets
• Headhunting & Good communication skills.
