DMart - Lead SAP FI Consultant - E2E Implementation (10-22 yrs)

We are looking for candidates with total 10+ years of experience and relevant experience should be 7+ years in SAP FI for Mumbai location who has worked on Retail or FMCG industry.

Key Skills And Experience :

1. Hands on SAP process knowledge. Configuration & process knowledge of FI module of SAP.

2. Few end-to-end implementations of SAP

3. Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management, local commercial processes and taxation

4. Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge, vendor & resource management, project management

5. Knowledge of application development platforms - client server, web /mobile applications, application interfacing, queue, messaging systems, RDBMS, NoSQL DB

6. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementation

7. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners

8. Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical audience

9. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drive & manage enhancements & projects for the FI, CO, xECM, REFX, DMS, PS & PM modules effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs.

2. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation/rollback /alternative plans.

3. Manage resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.

4. Ensure that all proper documents related to projects are maintained in accepted formats as per known standards

5. Responsible for assisting the HR team in implementing training programs for team and end users

6. Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in

7. Lead testing efforts and ensure effective testing of changes

8. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing

9. Conduct business process study with the help of business team.

10. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

11. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.

12. Plan effectively, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.

13. Manage resources in accordance with project schedule.

14. Work with the Service Delivery Team and act as the point of escalation for L2 and above incident pertaining to SAP

15. Assist the IT GRC team to conduct audit & assurance related activities.
