JOB TITLE : Content Development (Technical Content Development for SCM)

Location - Thane, Head office

Role & responsibilities

• To conduct Training Need Analysis & Training Need Identification for different roles in various Functions (Supply chain-Distribution Centre)

• Prepare a comprehensive curriculum post discussion with Function Heads, SMEs and after making initial DC visits.

• Write SOPs (standard operating processes) for different activities, tasks using content writing techniques.

• Prepare MIS, Trackers, Dashboard for Review of team members & self.

• Prepare story boards and share the same with the graphic/design team
