About Delifrance:

Délifrance has over 40 years of experience, but the roots of the company started at the beginning of the 20th century, with our affiliated company, Grands Moulins De Paris(GMP).

The Grands Moulins De Paris(GMP) began in 1919 as a family founded business specializing in flour production. Now over 100 years later, the company is the leading French miller and a major player within the European frozen bakery industry.

In 1929, The Great Mills of Paris opened the Ecole de Boulangerie (EBP) et de Pâtisserie de Paris. This school is a place for future bakers and pâtissiers to learn industry relevant skills in a renowned setting.

In 1983, the first Délifrance stores opened in Amsterdam, Holland and Antwerp, Belgium and the company rapidly expanded, bringing a taste of France to countries across the world with 250+ stores in 18 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for an omnichannel platform to enhance engagement across all digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and SMS marketing.
• Drive business growth through partnerships with online aggregators and delivery platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and the brands B2C website.
• Strategize, design, and execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Develop and oversee ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and customer reach.
• Manage product and brand listings, along with promotional activities, across internal and external digital channels.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking for brands, products, and pricing across online and offline retail to gain insights and refine growth strategies.
• Oversee the brand’s social media platforms and website, ensuring consistent and engaging digital presence.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for new store openings, including in-store promotions and activations.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Organize and execute PR activities to strengthen brand positioning in the market.
• Conduct in-depth market research on competitors and industry trends within the F&B sector to drive informed decision-making.
• Create compelling marketing content and copy for both online and offline channels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in both online and offline channels.
• Previous experience in the F&B or restaurant industry is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, WordPress, and web development is an advantage.
