Job Description
The Marketing Head will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle, from planning and executing campaigns to analyzing ROI and managing the budget, with a primary focus on generating leads for new projects. This role carries ultimate responsibility for marketing and lead generation for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities of Marketing Head: - Prospect property developers, construction companies, and real estate firms within the Chennai area to secure leads and partnerships for new projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to align marketing activities with company
- Conduct daily visits to promoters and actively source new projects for the
- Engage with banks, loan agencies, and home finance companies on a daily basis to cultivate new leads and
- Participate in marketing and plot developers association meetings and expos to expand the network and pursue
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through calls, correspondence, and presentations, ensuring regular follow-up for future
- Timely follow-up on leads to effectively convert them into
- Conduct regular market research to identify and pursue new project
- Implement lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, and direct outreach, tailored to the construction engineering
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at the construction engineering sector to raise awareness and generate interest among target
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and
- Proven track record (minimum of 10 years) in marketing, business development, or related roles within the construction and engineering sectors, with a focus on customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership
- Effective project acquisition skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- The petrol conveyance will be provided for an official trip as per
