Job Description

We are Looking for a competent Purchase Officer/In-Charge to monitor and ensure timely fulfilment of all procurement activities.

Ensure a cost-effective supply of quality products as per BOQ

Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of

Collect and compare physical sample to check

Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.

Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the production and ensure no line stoppages as per construction

Plan and Procurement of all kinds of Engineering items and materials, Industrial and domestic electrical parts, Safety and protection related accessories, Hardware, Wooden and Corrugated Packing, Printing and Stationery, Computer Hardware and accessories.

Keeping an exact record of Inward & Outward of material

Ensure the safety of all kinds of material in the

Ensure the site is kept clean & organized for proper movement of

Report damaged Inventory products and do the necessary procedures for reimburse that material from the same purchase

Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order for stocking

Educational Requirement:

E/Dip Civil/ Any degree with building material purchase experience with 02-5 Years of Experience.

Ability to remain calm and composed in pressured

Capable to handle all our Civil sites about timely supply of raw materials and stock Inventories are adequately

The candidate must be a self-driven and highly motivated person, who can work independently in a dynamic environment.

Experience in vendor negotiations, vendor payments is a great plus.

Good in English with Letter Language Known: Hindi,English,Tamil.
