Service Coordinator

  1. Required IT Service coordinator with 2 to 3 yrs exp
  2. Degree with IT stream
  3. Incident/service request knowledge.
  4. Knowledge of ticketing tools
  5. Strong mail communication
  6. Coordination with branch engineers for call closures/activity
  7. Knowledge of SLA/priority calls/VIP calls
  8. Summit ticketing tool knowledge as additional advantage
  9. Vendor coordination
  10. Daily/weekly report knowledge MIS
  11. Coms above average
