ServiceNow Certified Consultant (CLC)

Summary

A ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant CLC is a senior-level professional who leads and manages complex ServiceNow projects and teams. They are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet the business needs and requirements of the clients. They also oversee the quality, delivery, and performance of the ServiceNow solutions and ensure alignment with the best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Sales/Solutions pursuits to propose compelling value proposition to prospects.
• Conduct workshops, prepare presentations, and craft demos to showcase the ServiceNow capabilities and solutions.
• Help prepare Proposals and/or Statement of Work (SOW) for prospect.
• Direct the end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, including planning, scoping, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and mentorship to the project team, including developers, analysts, and administrators.
• Build/lead a team of more than 20 ServiceNow Professionals.
• Manage ServiceNow Partner Portal updates.
• Create thought leadership content, innovative intellectual property ideas.
• Communicate effectively with the clients, stakeholders, and senior management, and manage their expectations and requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies that may affect the project scope, quality, or timeline.
• Ensure compliance with the ServiceNow best practices, standards, and methodologies, and adhere to the project governance and quality assurance processes.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant (CLC) certification or equivalent (Certified Master Architect [CMA], Certified Technical Architect [CTA]) experience.
• Company will pay for CMA/CTA certification training/exam if necessary.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects and teams.
• At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration.
• Candidates with heavy (80%+) experience in Managed Services will not be considered.
• Proficient in ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.
• Expert in ServiceNow scripting, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Parameters

• Location: India, anywhere(REMOTE)
• Customer Market: USA
• Work Hours: Flexible with coverage until 12 noon Central Time (2.30 pm to 11.30 PM IST)
• Possible Travel: USA for customer projects / conferences
