Title: ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Flexible with coverage until 10.30 PM IST
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant (CLC) to lead and manage complex ServiceNow projects and teams. This senior-level role may also serve as a Practice Head, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that address the specific business needs and requirements of our clients.
As a ServiceNow CLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, delivery, and performance of solutions while adhering to industry best practices and standards. You will work closely with the VP of ServiceNow to create RFPs, RFIs, and presentations, as well as support pre-sales activities. Your ability to act as a trusted solutions lead in customer interactions is critical.
In addition, as the team grows, you will take on the responsibility of managing a team of 20+ ServiceNow developers, ensuring effective coordination, mentoring, and delivery of high-quality work.
This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in India, with a requirement for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Engage in Sales/Solutions pursuits to propose compelling value proposition to prospects.
Conduct workshops, prepare presentations, and craft demos to showcase the ServiceNow capabilities and solutions.
Direct the end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, including planning, scoping, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting.
Provide technical and functional guidance and mentorship to the project team, including developers, analysts, and administrators.
Build/lead a team of more than 20 ServiceNow Professionals.
Create thought leadership content, and innovative intellectual property ideas.
Communicate effectively with the clients, stakeholders, and senior management, and manage their expectations and requirements.
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies that may affect the project scope, quality, or timeline.
Ensure compliance with the ServiceNow best practices, standards, and methodologies, and adhere to the project governance and quality assurance processes.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant (CLC) certification or equivalent (Certified Master Architect [CMA], Certified Technical Architect [CTA]) experience.
Company will pay for CMA/CTA certification training/exam if necessary.
At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects and teams.
At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration.
Proficient in ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.
Expert in ServiceNow scripting, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience: 4-9 years in the ServiceNow domains
Modules: Cybersecurity modules include SecOps, GRC, BCM, and IRM.
