Summary:
The Informatica Admin is a key member of the data governance and data quality team, performing a variety of roles. This person will be responsible for administration and maintenance of Informatica tools within Data Governance team.
Key Responsibilities
Administration of Informatica platform and database tools
Self-motivated and ability to navigate through organization to get details and various activities to get done with minimal guidance
Work with project teams, IT teams, Infrastructure teams to maintain the tools and different levels of access to users
Periodic maintenance, apply patches, installation and upgradations
Qualifications & Skills
Expert level skill in administration of Informatica tools such as IDQ, PowerCenter, EDC, and Axon
Expert in managing and administration of SQL Server databases
8 years data management experience, 3 years relevant admin experience
Very Strong in communications, technical skills like SQL, Unix, and IDQ, EDC, Axon knowledge with advanced features
Strong experience in managing Unix environment
Other desired skills: Informatica EDC, Axon, or any metadata management experience, Qlik or Power BI experience, .Net development experience, Shell scripting, Python scripting
