  • Perform Application packaging and deployment pre-check outs
  • Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, failed install endpoint tracking, and remediation on failed installs
  • Escalation of deployment failures exceeding specified failure thresholds
  • Maintain documentation and procedures
  • Provide firm-wide desktop operational services
  • Utilize check scripts and any additional toolings provided to Perform deployment pre-check outs and post-checkouts, analyze checkouts, and escalate
