wedding industry. We have executed over 150 Destination Weddings in our 300 room
flagship resort at Karjat. We are now seeking to scale our resorts to 50 this year in India
and 10 Internationally.
With 25% of the world's weddings happening in India, the wedding industry is a trillion

Job Summary: Sr HR Executive/AM - HR
As an Sr HR Executive/AM- HR at Discover Resort, you will be responsible for handling day-
to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,
payroll management, and ensuring compliance with resort policies and labor laws.
You will play a key role in creating a positive work environment that fosters employee
satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
• Assist in identifying staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts.
• Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize the hiring process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand specific staffing requirements.
Onboarding & Training:
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Ensure proper training programs are set for employees, including resort-specific operations.
• Assist in developing continuouslearning and professional development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building
events.
• Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and
retirement plans.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other time management systems.
Policy Compliance & Administration:
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and local labor laws.
• Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help revise and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process, helping managers and employees with goal setting
and reviews.
• Assist in identifying areas for employee improvement and coordinate training initiatives.
Health & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe work environment.
• Organize regular health and safety training sessions for employees.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding the hospitality/resort industry is a plus.
