Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus hiring drives and ensure smooth joining formalities for fresh graduates.
  
• Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  
• Oversee attendance management, including tracking employee hours worked and ensuring accurate records.
  
• Conduct background verifications and labor management tasks to maintain compliance with company policies.
  
• Ensure effective team management by leading recruitment initiatives, conducting exit interviews, and promoting employee engagement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related field .
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management.
  
• MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
