Manager Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with sales teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop event marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance and ROI.

2. Catalog Development & Marketing Collateral

• Create, update, and manage product catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Develop digital and print marketing campaigns to drive product awareness.

3. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs, including leading dentists and industry experts.
• Collaborate with KOLs for product endorsements, training sessions, and brand advocacy.
• Organize KOL-led webinars, seminars, and panel discussions to enhance brand credibility.

4. Dental Education Promotion

• Develop and execute educational initiatives, including workshops, training programs, and webinars.
• Partner with dental institutions and professionals to promote dental knowledge and advancements.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns for education programs, including social media and email outreach.

5. International Trip Management

• Plan and coordinate international trips for dentists and KOLs for training, conferences, and factory visits.
• Ensure smooth execution of travel logistics, accommodations, and schedules.
• Develop strategic partnerships with international organizations for collaborative programs.

6. Equipment Package Promotion

• Design and execute marketing strategies to promote dental equipment packages.
• Develop special offers, bundled deals, and financing options to attract customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create customized package solutions for dental clinics and institutions.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, and direct outreach to maximize reach and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing within the dental, medical, or healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in event management, KOL engagement, and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience in international travel coordination and promotional package marketing is a plus.
