Planning Manager/Engineer For Airport Tarmac Project

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource loading, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and suggest mitigation measures.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify actual work progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports.
• Work closely with procurement and site teams to align material and resource planning.
• Optimize resource allocation for cost and time efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in planning for airport infrastructure/tarmac projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of airport construction standards and regulations.
