Project Controller For Airport Tarmac Project

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

• Project Planning & Monitoring: Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Ensure timely completion of work.
• Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project expenses, control cost overruns, and prepare financial reports.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and take preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure work meets aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and authorities.
• Procurement & Resource Management: Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Change Management: Assess project scope changes and recommend necessary adjustments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project control, cost management, or financial planning for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and financial forecasting.
