Position Overview:

As an enablement trainer specializing in delivering classroom and virtual learning experiences to sales & customer support professionals you will focus on the delivery and enablement of the Adobe Digital Media products, solutions and buying programs that will advance the Adobe sales & Support team capabilities based in our Noida, India region. You will join a global team who strives to improve sales effectiveness and customer journey across our various, Adobe Digital Media sales teams through proven enablement programs to agents who provide unique value to our customers.

By leveraging data-driven inputs to reflect where training needs exist, you will increase agents capabilities driving customer centric behaviors in alignment with corporate and regional business objectives with a keen focus on the Adobe business customer journey and accompanying sales methodology.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting training batches as per the desired line of business sales (B2B) and product,
  following the training charters
• Focusing on agents nesting performance, responsible for their targets
• Monitor Calls/emails and transactions as per the defined targets.
• Achieve the training KPIs such as throughput targets/ M1s, Nesting Targets, 0 to 30 days performance, etc.
• Conduct refresher sessions and provide updates.
• Calibrations of audits with internal teams
• Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement and better ramp for sellers.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.
• Maintain connects with stakeholders for updates, needs identification and feedback.
• Maintain and update business knowledge through required trainings and incorporating industry best practices.
• Proactive gap analysis to enhance training quality and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile/Requirements -

• 5+ years of experience in the software or support/Sales industry
• Experience/exposure as a trainer preferably sales training is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Good Understanding of training KPIs, coaching & feedback mechanisms, facilitation skills, etc.
• Strong in documentation and email etiquette
• Organized, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Should be flexible with night shifts
• Skilled to manage virtual training/classroom/hybrid.
• Team management and people engagement skills
• High on accountability
• Effective time management

• Stakeholder management

Knowledge

• Knowledge of MS office mandatory

• Basic excel skills

• Sales Skills (B2B)

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products is preferred

• Train the Trainer certified would be an advantage

• Technical background would be an advantage
