Quality Assurance Engineer - Functional Testing (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop effective testing strategies, test plans, and test cases.

- Analyze system specifications and design test plans that align with the process flow.

- Execute test cases, analyze results, and document testing phases and defects in clear and concise test evidence.

- Report bugs and errors to development teams, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce issues.

- Assist in troubleshooting and retesting after bug fixes are implemented.

- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product quality.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) to manage and execute test plans, create and track bugs.

- Demonstrate knowledge of the Consumer Goods industry and relevant clients.

- Possess experience in testing custom web applications and extracting test evidence from backend databases using SQL queries (SQL Server).

- Have familiarity with navigating SAP GUI through T-Codes (nice to have).
