Job Description

The Head of Administration & Infrastructure - Branch Rollout will lead the strategic planning and execution of administrative functions and infrastructure development for branch expansion initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, facilities management, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will oversee the seamless setup and operation of new branches, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the setup and rollout of new branches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Manage all aspects of branch infrastructure development, including site selection, lease negotiations, construction, and facilities setup.

- Lead a team of administrative staff responsible for branch administration, facility management, procurement, and vendor management.

- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for branch administration, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations.

- Collaborate with IT teams to oversee the setup and maintenance of technology infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, and software.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies in all branch facilities.

- Develop and manage budgets for branch setup and ongoing administrative expenses, optimizing cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

- Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate staffing requirements for new branches, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.

- Oversee the procurement of furniture, equipment, and supplies for branch offices, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of branch administrative functions, implementing process improvements and quality assurance measures as needed.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding branch infrastructure and administrative operations.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch rollout progress, budget adherence, and key performance metrics.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in branch administration and infrastructure management.
