Regulatory Compliance Role (7-19 yrs)

- Ensuring timely and appropriate responses to queries and mails received from RBI and other regulators by coordinating and collating data and responses from different BUs within the Bank.

- Liasing with RBI, IBA etc for seeking clarifications and responses on the queries raised by BUs.

- Dissemination of regulatory circulars to internal stakeholders and further circulation of actionable emanating therein and follow-up for completion of the same within the prescribed timelines.

- Tracking of regulatory returns submitted by the Bank

- Acting as nodal officer of the Bank for depositories and stock exchanges, filing of prescribed related returns and handling of SCORES portal.

- Handling of returns on DAKSH portal

- Dissemination of instructions received from LEAs to concerned BUs of the Bank and tracking the same till logical conclusion.

- Acting as Nodal officer for Merchant Banking and Bankers to Issue activates.
