Position is based at Pithampur - Indore at our Plant at Aarneel Technocrafts Pvt. Ltd.

Candidate should have Vast Experience of design & process of below mention Materials.

• Solar Pole

Role & responsibilities.

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Capable to implement project timelines, monitor progress, and make updates as needed. They should check schedules and work progress regularly to ensure the team completes each project as planned.
2. BUDGETING & PLANNING - Capable to budget for new project/product/machinery with defined timeline (preferably in GNAT CHART)
3. MEETINGS/CUSTOMER HANDLING - Good Experience of customer handling and hold meetings to discuss scopes of new business.
4. STRATEGIC THINKING - Capable to provide a clear overview of the scope of work and a work schedule for their team.
5. COORDINATION - Shall work with other Plant/Production heads to make sure that the company's technical goals align with the company's overall goals.
6. PROBLEM-SOLVING - Capable to create constructive solutions to the problems.
7. INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE - Keeping up with the latest industry trends and developments.
8. PROGRESS REPORTS - Defined periodic progress reports efficiently and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
9. TRANSPARENCY - Technical heads should be transparent with the team regarding challenges, failures, and successes
10. COMMUNICATION - Ability to communicate well with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. They should also be able to resolve conflicts between team members.
11. LEADERSHIP - Capable to motivate and guide the team members. They should make sure that everyone on the team is productive and can complete projects on time.
12. TRAINING - Technical heads should analyse existing operations and schedule training sessions.

1. Candidate should have experience in highway furniture manufacturing works especially Octagonal street Light Poles, Metal beam crash barrier, Retro reflective signage etc.
2. Capable of Handling big team.
3. Experience of same manufacturing Product & Items
