About the Role

As an Advisory Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to clients utilizing Diligent s cutting-edge SaaS platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise in Python, ACL (Audit Command Language), and coding to support audit, compliance, and risk management solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in governance.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and configure SaaS solutions accordingly.
Develop and customize scripts using Python and ACL to enhance platform functionality and automation.
Support the implementation and integration of Diligent s SaaS solutions into client environments.
Perform data analytics and reporting tasks to identify insights and support decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform configuration, scripting, and integration.
Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Document client requirements, solutions, and best practices for internal and client use.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
Proficiency in ACL (Audit Command Language) for audit analytics and process automation.
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, particularly in the areas of audit, compliance, or risk management.
Ability to configure and customize SaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
Strong skills in data manipulation, cleansing, and reporting.
Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Python, data analytics, or ACL scripting.
Experience in audit, governance, risk, or compliance domains.
Familiarity with Diligent s product suite or similar SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
