Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions. This role focuses on understanding market needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical understanding and strategic insight to create impactful SOC products that address the dynamic challenges of cybersecurity. - Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SOC products, aligning with market trends and business goals. - Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and wireframes to guide development teams. - Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and SOC operators, to address critical needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver high-quality SOC solutions. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and position products effectively. - Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee timely delivery of product releases. - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SOC product success, including detection rates and user satisfaction. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields (B.Tech mandatory), MBA is desired for strategic and business-oriented expertise. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in cybersecurity or SOC-related products. - Utilize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies for efficient development processes. - Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams and departments. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATTCK, and ISO 27001.
