Tele Caller

We are hiring Telecallers (Outbound Sales) who will be responsible for making sales calls to Retail and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a persuasive approach to drive customer conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound sales calls to potential Retail & HNI clients from the provided database.
• Pitch company products/services, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Persuade and convince clients to subscribe, invest, or purchase services.
• Handle objections and queries effectively to close sales.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience to retain and upsell clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM with call details.

3. Target Achievement & Sales Growth

• Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify and prioritize high-value clients (HNI customers) for personalized sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales pitches and improve conversion rates.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Gather feedback from potential customers to improve products/services.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain call logs and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team lead.
• Track conversion rates, follow-ups, and client interactions for performance improvement.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

✅ Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Fluent in Hindi & English).
✅ Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service (Preferred).
✅ Ability to handle HNI clients professionally.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software (Preferred).
✅ Sales-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude.
✅ Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
📞 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales/Customer Service.
💰 Experience in financial services, trading, or investment products is a plus.
