Job Title: Sales Telecaller ISP Sales

Location : Noida, Sector -63

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to pitch broadband/internet services.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored ISP solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and address queries.
• Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently.
• Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM.
• Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in ISP/telecom sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
