As a Talent Acquisition Fresher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team.

You will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

- Source potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.

- Support in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Recently graduated candidates with an MBA in HR or BBA in HR.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
