Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. This role requires hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents.
- Utilize HDL, FBDI, and ADFDI for data migration and integration.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
- Utilize Fast Formulas for complex calculations and business rules.
- Design and implement BPM workflows.
- Configure ORC.
- Provide functional support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion HCM issues.
- Work with Helpdesk tools and processes.
- Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
- Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL is highly desirable.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management (Must Have).
- Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
- Proficiency in BPM, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, ADFDI, Fast Formulas, SQL, and ORC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Helpdesk systems.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
