Zydus Wellness - Digital Marketing Manager (7-12 yrs)

Role Purpose : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the 2 - 3 brands

Key Responsibilities :

Financial (Business):

- Planning digital media campaigns across platforms

- Partner and build the digital strategy for brands and define digital journey for the organization

- Drive cost efficiency across digital media

- Planning and budgetary control of all digital spends

- Set up the FPD journey for the organization

- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimization.

- Tracking brand digital score and providing solution in improving it

- Building Zydus partnerships with key industry players

Customer:

- Identify touch points of digital in a consumer journey and leverage the opportunities

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

Process:

- Liasoning with multiple agencies across different brands for digital activities

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO & SEM

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

People:

- Strengthen Zydus partnerships with key industry players and leverage new platforms / opportunities and proactively co-create solutions in line with strategic objectives

- Brand teams

- E-Commerce

- To be a partner in the brands' digital strategy formulation & execution

- To liaise with team such that online marketing leads to online sales

- Manage performance marketing for market places by defining clear KPI metrics

External: Agencies, Influencers, Vendors

- Creating & maintaining partnerships for effective campaign management, while challenging them to drive effectives.
