Job Description

Title: Digital Mapout Solutions - Senior Manager Sales

Location: Hyderabad, WFO- 5 days week on site

Job Summary:

  • Digital Mapout Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and execute the company's sales strategy.
  • As a quota-carrying sales leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through both hunting new accounts and farming/expanding existing accounts.
  • The Director of Sales will work closely with the extended pre-sales, business development, and product teams to achieve company sales goals.
  • This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, achieving EBITDA targets, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Quota Carrying: Own and deliver on sales quotas, with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Sales Operations: Lead sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing key insights and updates to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Pre-sales, and Business Development) to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overarching goals.
  • Business Development: Drive the expansion of Digital Mapout Solutions market presence globally by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 -12 years in sales, primarily within software services or technology companies, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

  • Strong business development expertise, with experience in negotiating deals and managing client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of P&L management and revenue/EBITDA growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and work in a global business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage and mentor sales teams while achieving individual and team targets.
