Customer Visits: Visit customers who have been engaged by the inside sales team to finalize and close deals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Closure: Present service offerings, address customer queries, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
Market Research: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes, and report regularly to the Business Development Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure a smooth handover process.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
Motivation: Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation to visit customers.
