Key Responsibilities:
• Assist webinar speakers with the setup of their systems, including computers, microphones, cameras, and other relevant equipment.
• Manage the webinar platform, ensuring that all technical aspects are configured correctly for each event.
• Provide real-time technical support during webinars, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Monitor webinars, ensuring smooth operation and intervening as necessary to resolve technical problems.
• Moderate webinars as required, including managing participant interactions, handling Q&A sessions, and ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with the IT and events teams to develop and refine webinar processes and best practices.
• Conduct pre-webinar tests with speakers to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Document and report technical issues, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest webinar tools and technologies, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical support, particularly with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinar).
• Strong knowledge of audio/visual equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users effectively.
• Ability to work ET hours (Monday to Friday) and occasionally support outside regular hours for special events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and technical support software
