Job Description
- Lead Webinars: Plan, prepare, and present engaging webinars on home interiors (2-3 webinars per week), showcasing your design expertise and providing valuable insights to our audience.
- Community Management: Act as the brand representative in our WhatsApp communities. Engage with members, address their questions, and foster a positive and interactive environment.
- Zoom Setup and Management: Handle all aspects of Zoom setup for webinars, including scheduling, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth virtual experience for attendees.
- Design Expertise: Apply your knowledge of interior design to provide expert advice, insights, and solutions during webinars and community interactions.
- Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom and other webinar tools.
- Ability to engage and interact with community members effectively.
- Passion for interior design and helping others.
- Approximately 20 hours/week.
- Design Knowledge: Expertise in interior design principles (color theory, space planning, material selection).
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to simplify complex design ideas and present them clearly to non-expert audiences.
- Customer Engagement: Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage and educate clients on design processes and trends.
- Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current design trends (sustainability, smart homes, biophilic design).
- Problem Solving: Ability to offer solutions for design challenges (space optimization, budget management).
- Sales and Marketing Insight: Ability to subtly promote services and products while focusing on customer needs.
