Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for B2B Sales with experience in acquiring enterprise logos. You will play a critical role in growing our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.


Competence & Capabilities
Formulating an annual sales plan including market analysis, segmentation, setting sales goals, and a business development plan with schedules
  • Hunting for New Customer Logos
  • Selling to Senior Executives, Large Companies and MNCs
  • Good knowledge of Real estate market activities
  • One-on-One Relationship with the Client Stakeholders
  • Selling SaaS Solutions
  • Consistency in Achieving Monthly & Quarterly Targets
  • Experience of working with Partner Network to drive Indirect Sales
  • Ability to drive Digital Sales for SaaS offer to drive ARR revenue
Right Organization
Candidates who have selling experience in CRE (corporate real estate) or Facility functions of the customer. Experience of working with SaaS offer is preferred
Right Position
Sales or BDM profile in the current company Focused on acquiring new clients.
Right Customer Segments
IT/BFSI MNC and Top Indian Enterprises.
Right Mapping
Corporate Real Estate Heads/ Managers or Facility Managers.
Right Qualification
Engineering AND/OR MBA
Right Experience
7+ years At least 4-5 years in Bangalore location

  • High Physical Fitness and Extraordinary Energy Levels.
  • Wide Market Coverage with Excellent Time Management.
  • Mastery over multiple ways to achieve targets.
  • Social Confidence and Communication Effectiveness to win the interest of prospective customers.
  • Possessing
    Information Extraction
    skills from non-transactional sales discussions, validating gathered information, synthesis of diverse data points to understand customer behavior and organization culture, buying style and finally predicting the most likely customer response and decisions.
  • Outstanding work habits of a disciplined plan execution without being reminded or being followed up by superiors.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
