This is a full-time on-site role for an L3 Platform Support. As an L3 Platform Support, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing technical support and troubleshooting for our IoT and AI-enabled Proptech and ClimateTech platform.
You will work closely with the software development and solution architecture teams to identify and resolve platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to the improvement of our platform s performance and functionality.
