Sales Process Learning: Gain hands-on experience in all stages of the sales process, from lead nurturing to deal closing, with mentorship from senior sales managers.
Relationship Building: Begin building relationships with clients and prospects, learning how to engage key decision-makers effectively.
Market Product Knowledge: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, CRM tools, and industry insights to better support the sales team and contribute to strategic conversations.
Team Collaboration Support: Collaborate with team members, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, CRM management, and preparing reports for ongoing projects.
Sales Tools Systems: Develop skills in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms to manage client interactions and track sales opportunities.
What We re Looking For:
Education Interest in Digital Marketing: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a strong interest in digital marketing and sales.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for marketing automation, digital marketing and sales are also welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to develop effective presentation and engagement skills.
Sales Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or similar platforms is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn new systems.
