Process : Inbound Customer Care
Working Hours : 9 hrs ( including 1 hr break )
Working Days : 6 days working with & 1 rotational off
Below is the job description of the role
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management
to team and vis versa
• Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer
experience in every call
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking
• Suggest and organize team-building activities
Looking for candidates who have -
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. ( ENGLISH AND HINDI Telugu:
MANDATORY)
• Preferable experience in Voice Process
• Willing to work in rotational shift & Work from office only
