Job Description
We are looking for candidates who can create, manage and effectively nurture a team.
You will be responsible for managing sales and operations of your team on a day-to-day basis.
You should be able to proactively assign productive tasks and set goals to guide your team to generate revenue for the company.
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Managing a team with respect to Sales, Operations, and Accounting.
- Liaising with other teams to come up with effective strategies for all matters relating to Sales, Operations.
- Brainstorm with team members and other teams to develop new ideas to drive further growth.
- Interact with clients daily and provide effective solutions for all their queries.
- Analyse revenue on a quarterly basis and chart out plans to tackle impediments.
Team Lead Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Law or Business from a reputed university.
- Experience in business law is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work independently or as an active member to lead a team of young associates
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
