Job Title : Senior Data Quality Engineer - Software Testing (Python + Selenium).

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Data Quality Engineer - Software Testing to lead software testing initiatives, ensuring data reliability and accuracy. You will develop and implement product testing strategies, leveraging Python, Selenium, AWS, and Big Data technologies.

The role involves working on shift-left testing using BDD methodologies integrated with AWS CodeBuild CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for data platforms and projects.

- Design and automate test cases using Python and Selenium to ensure product quality.

- Implement BDD-driven shift-left testing integrated with AWS services like Glue, Lambda, Athena, Quicksight, Redshift, and DynamoDB.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and define preventive measures.

- Ensure test automation coverage, defect tracking, and reporting using industry best practices.

- Collaborate with offshore teams and manage project execution efficiently.

- Generate and manage synthetic test data for validation and AI/ML projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and data quality assurance.

- Expertise in Python, Selenium, PyTest, and PyTest-BDD.

- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift, etc.) and Big Data testing.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodeBuild, Harness) for automated testing.

- Familiarity with AI/ML testing and data validation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills, defect management, and test planning expertise.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in data pipeline testing and synthetic data generation tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
